Chipiona Beach is a FREE NATURAL SPA, because the Chipiona Sea is the richest in Iodine and Plankton in Europe, which is why it is a super medicinal water. Especially the rocky areas of Corrales, like ours.

1. Always very quiet area, with the house facing South/East/North.

2. It is on the last street of the Urbanization of La Laguna. You cross the street, and enter the wooden path (150 m) that takes you (In summer from 11 am cars are parked to go to the beach):

            a) to the edge of the beach

             b) to the Chameleon Interpretation Center. 50 m away c) Walk along the wooden walkway in the Green Corridor of the Costa Ballena- Chipiona coastline – 2 km

6. 5 Bedrooms - The sheets and duvets are ours:

            a) On the ground floor: 1 Double bedroom with built-in wardrobe, and Queen size bed of 150*200 cm

            b) On the 1st Floor: • 2 Double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes. Queen size beds of 150*200 cm, & 32" TV, and the 2nd with a normal bed of 135*190 cm. & 1  wooden cot 60 cm, with a new and suitable mattress.

                                                      • 2 Double Bedrooms with 2 beds of 80*190, and 2 Wardrobes. To enter the 5th Room, you have to go through the 4th.

7. 2 full bathrooms, the one on the ground floor with a shower, and the one on the 1st floor with a bathroom. Hair dryer included.

8. Fully equipped kitchen – Italian coffee makers for 10 and 6 users, Refrigerator, Oven, Dishwasher (close it WELL), Washing machine, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, Glass and Blender Arm, Electric Grills, Electric Paella Pan, Pressure Cooker, Pans, cutlery, glassware, and kitchen utensils. Dishwashing soap, dishwasher, washing machine, and emergency toilet paper are included.

10. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and the living room, we don't need air conditioning if we know how to keep the house cool, and I don't like it, which is why I didn't put it in to live in the house.

The base price is for 7 people. Up to 10 people will be charged a nightly fee per person.

We accept a máximum of 2 pets for €10/pet/night, and any special cleaning that may need to be done, and any breakage caused by the pets, will be at the guest's expense, just like a person.

     i. Accessible for disabled people, and people with mobility difficulties, on the ground floor. It has everything, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen without steps.

My Recommendations:

1. The Chipiona promenade from the Monastery to the Marina is great - 6 km

2. Go up to the Lighthouse. The highest in Europe, and 3rd in the world

3. You have to see and buy fresh fish at the Chipiona market, and have breakfast at the Cantina del Mercado, with Churros and Manteca Colora.

4. Chipiona has very good natural products such as tomatoes, potatoes, onions, ..., since there is a microclimate of sea and land, which give a particularly rich flavor and texture.

5. You have to have breakfast, lunch or dinner in front of the sea at:

   a) Chiringuito Las Canteras, Restaurante Los Corrales & AWA in front of the sea 50 m. from the Lighthouse.

   b) La Canaleta for breakfast, lunch and dinner - on the beach entrance at the beginning of Calle el Camarón. Clean and expensive, with incredible views.

   c) Chinini, la Manuela, Salistre, and Ohana in las 3 Piedras, next to the whale entrance.

6. Picoco Bar is for me the best place in Chipiona (on Regla beach next to the lighthouse), to have a coffee in the afternoon, or a drink at night in front of the sea, listening to music, or the sea, as you wish. They also have 6 large TVs, to watch all the football/bullfights/… for those who like.

7. Gastrotasca "Sin Bulli" fantastic canapes and wines

8. Peña Betica on Issac Peral street, fantastic fried fish

Rules of coexistence:

We want our guests to fully enjoy the property while using it respectfully and responsibly.

Common sense goes a long way in avoiding damage to the home or causing noise that might disturb the peace, especially during rest hours in a leisure/beach area.

Some rules may seem obvious, but unfortunately, we've had to mention them as a few guests in the past have overlooked these points and claimed they weren't informed. Thankfully,

99% of our guests are incredibly respectful—thanks to them for treating the house like their own!


i. Garbage is thrown out from 9pm.

ii. NO noise or loud talking is allowed from 3pm to 6pm, and from 11pm

iii. The tenant can enter the house from 5pm on the day of arrival, and leave before 11am on the day of departure. There will be an independent entrance with a safe with a secret code

iv. The police registration will be done by the Guest from his mobile phone, with the information that he will receive by email the day before his arrival, under possible fine of up to €30,000 by the state.

v. Smoking is prohibited in the house

vi. Pets are not allowed, without our written approval wrote.

vii. Damage due to misuse is the responsibility of the tenant

viii. Parties or events are not allowed

ix. Please, DO NOT throw anything in the toilet, except toilet paper

x. There is no maintenance service, so if a light goes out, replace it, and we'll pay for it. If the "biggest"/important/appliance breaks down, pkease call FJ Diaque

xi. Dishwasher:

    * Please close the dishwasher door well - press twice. Unfortunately, if it is not closed well, the dirty water is thrown out, and the wash does not finish, and the kitchen is flooded with water.

    * Only clean kitchen utensils should be put in, so that it does not get clogged/blocked/damaged.

    * Use 2 dishwashers, instead of overfilling the dishwasher.

xii. The sink drain is only there to take away dirty water, no solid food waste, papers, .... .

xiii. Keep lights and electrical appliances off when not in use, please.

xiv. Be careful with doors and wind, so that they do not slam.

xv. The garage door is only for entering and exiting the car. You cannot play on it or climb on it.

xvi. To be polite to your neighbors, notify the neighbor behind and next door as soon as possible that you are going to have a barbecue.

xvii. Only play in designated areas. It is forbidden to play soccer in the garden.

*** The Chipiona Sea is the richest in iodine and plankton in Europe, which is why it is a super medicinal water.

•It borders the beach, and the natural park "El Corredor Verde del litoral Costa Ballena - Chipiona". You cross the street, and walk along the wooden path for about 150 m until you reach the shore. It is the Corrales area, so when the tide is low, you have to know how to bathe in the corrales bathtubs, or walk 500 m. to the right or left to bathe as usual.

* It has all kinds of shops and bars/restaurants from 200 m. from June to September. Outside of that time, there are fewer services, but it is a pleasure to go wherever you want within the town, as we went from 150,000 people to 20,000 people.

* The Chameleon interpretation centre is 50 m. away. , on the path to the beach

* Golf 4 km away in La Ballena

• Horse riding 2 km away in El Pinar

• Tennis, Padel 2 km away in El Pinar

• Hiking from the door of the house 20 km

* Ideal for tourist bike to move around the village in summer, to go along the beach at low tide, or through the countryside "via verde". Many beautiful paths, and all flat, and easy.

• Wellness spa, Gym, 3 km away in the hotels of the Costa Ballena urbanization

• Aquatic sports activities, in the marina 5 km away

• All the services of Grocery store, Pharmacy, Bars and Restaurant on Calle la Laguna, which is on the corner with ours

             • Aldi Hypermarket - is in the village

             * Mercadona Hypermarket - is 5 km away at the entrance to the La Ballena Urbanization, direction Rota.

            • Dia Hypermarket - is in the town

            • Carrefour Hypermarket - is in the town

* The Social Security Health Centre is on Rocio Jurado Avenue.

Transport

1) Within a radius of 20 km everything is FLAT, so the bicycle is a great friend.

2) Walking in the centre of the town

3) The car is used to go to surrounding villages, and I use it to shop at the supermarket.

4) There is a test bus line, but I don't know when it works, or if it Will works

5) There is no train
