Welcome to Caepionis, our charming two-bedroom apartment located in the heart of Chipiona's historic centre, just 250 m from Cruz del Mar beach.
Its name pays homage to the town's Roman roots, whose ancient name, Caepionis, gave rise to what we know today as Chipiona.
Here, history, modernity and well-being intertwine to offer you an unrivalled holiday experience. In addition to the price, which depends on the season, you must add:
1) €40 for cleaning.
2) €200 deposit for damages, which is returned by bank transfer within 7 days after leaving the house, if everything is ok, which is usual.
We offer a FREE full cleaning and change of sheets approximately every 7 nights.
1) Nothing will be left in the courtyard of the building, nor in the corridors of the floors (no strollers, bikes, suitcases,...), nor in the accesses to the floors, nor on the balconies
2) Clothes will not be left hanging from the window, nor on the terraces
3) Nothing can be thrown into the courtyard, or into the street
4) Normal rules of coexistence in a community of the building, keeping silence after 11 pm.
5) Bicycle rental (for a fee)

It is 50 m from the main shopping/Bar and tourist street Isaac Peral, which is quiet during the winter, but the most lively part of the town.
In summer it is full of typical summer town activity, so there is a lot of activity, although the windows are double-glazed to minimize street noise, and the bedrooms are NOT facing the Street.
Walking or by bike. By car to leave Chipiona, although I almost always I go by bike from Costa Ballena to Chipiona (6 km). It's all flat, and I don't have any problems parking my bike, apart from the pleasure of going on my bike.
In this house everything is so close, that even the bike seems like a lot to me.
